Teams will consist of no more of 15 players and cannot include 8th graders per USA lacrosse guidelines. Coaches may be a parent volunteers, coaches, or assistant coaches- this is a requirement for player safety and emergencies.

**New in 2026- Teams will be required to send rosters (with completed details) by October 16th. In order to compete in the indoor season, each team will be required to have a representative present for the mandatory pre-season zoom call (Date TBD).

Game schedules and rules will be distributed 2 weeks before games begin. Game dates (times will be between 5:30-7:40pm start times) are Nov 2; Nov 9; Nov 16; Nov 30; Dec 7; Dec 14
